Q: How much does it cost?
The event itself is free — all we ask is that you make your own way to Chicago. From there, we'll cover the cost of hotel accommodations and food during the event.
Q: Can multiple admins submit an application for the same group?
Please limit applications to one per group, and have one group admin submit the application on behalf of your group.
Q: How many people from my group are allowed to attend?
Each group can nominate up to three admins to attend. We'll have more details on this for groups who are invited to attend.
Q: Is this a full-day conference?
We will host a welcome reception on the evening June 21, and feature a full day agenda on June 22 and June 23. Clear your schedule for two action-packed days!
Q: When will I hear back regarding my application?
Applicants who are invited to attend will be notified in early May.
Q: What criteria are you using to evaluate applications?
We are looking for diverse, active, meaningful groups that are based in the US. Group membership size is not a consideration.
Q: Is there an age limit to who can apply?
All attendees must be at least 18 years old.
Q: I live outside the US but heard about this event. Can I apply?
At this time, we are only considering applications from US-based groups.
Q: I'm in the US but my group membership is global. Can I apply?

If your group is invited, full event details, including the venue, will be shared at a later date.
